Our Grass-Fed Flank Steak, also known as Bavette, is a flavourful, lean cut taken from the abdominal muscles of the steer. Known for its distinctive rich taste, this steak is perfect for grilling, or stir-frying, making it a popular choice for steak salads, fajitas, and stir-fries. Its robust flavour also makes it ideal for Korean BBQ dishes.

Cooking Instructions

Marinate your Flank Steak for at least 30 minutes to enhance its flavour. Cook over high heat, searing for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
