 The perfect piece to entertain your guests this summer! Ideal for the BBQ or to serve as a complete piece. As a nice round piece of beef, this looks spectacular in the centre of the table. If you’d prefer, you can even slice into thicker steak cuts if that suits you better. 

Serves 4-6 adults.

Cooking Instructions

This is best seared on a high heat and then finished by turning it down. Whether you choose to do in the BBQ or the oven on 180 degrees, try rubbing with wholegrain mustard before searing to give that crunch on the outside. Use a meat thermometer for best results - we recommend aiming for 55 degrees at the centre.
