A plain, Angus beef tasting sausage that just so happens to be gluten free.  This sausage is gluten, dairy, soy, MSG-free and is bound with rice flour. Still tasty enough for those looking for a full flavour beef sausage. It’s a customer favourite for a reason - with glowing 5-star reviews.

Cooking Instructions

The best way to cook the sausages is on a lower heat. We recommend turning the pan down and the rolling the sausages often. This allows them to cook evenly right the way through. Use a knife to cut through the sausage to ensure they are cooked. Tip: whilst this may be controversial to what you've been told.... we recommend to not prick the outside of the sausages with the knife or fork. This will mean that all of the juices remain in the pan and your sausages don’t shrivel up!
