Green Meadows Beef and Parsley Rissoles

SERVES: Makes 10 rissoles
PREP TIME: 15 minutes
COOK TIME: 15 minutes

  • 500g Green Meadows Premium Angus Beef Mince
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • ½ cup Natural Fare parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar


Put all the ingredients into a bowl and using clean hand mix well to combine.

Divide the mixture into 10 balls and shape into rissoles.

Pre-heat your BBQ, then once hot put the rissoles onto the grill plate and cook for 5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve immediately with a fresh summer salad or your favourite seasonal vegetables.
