Weight

The most versatile cut of beef there is. Our Green Meadows Angus Premium Beef Mince is hand trimmed by our butchers to be 90%+ VL. It is predominantly from the shin, blade, chuck and brisket. We also use trimmings from our steak cuts.

As our beef is aged on the bone, you will notice that a lot less moisture comes out of the beef mince when you cook it - ensuring it's kept deliciously juicy and tasty. Serves 4-6.

Product Description

Our beef mince is perfect for all types of cuisines – Italian, Mexican or moulded into a traditional burger or meatball. If you find that our Premium Beef Mince is too lean for burgers or meatballs, try adding some sausage meat or pork mince to your mix.

Cooking Instructions

Best fry in a pan until brown, allowing the Mince to cook in its own juices. The juices can be drained or re-used for stock, depending on what this is being cooked for.
