Leftover Christmas ham is such a treat and if you find yourself with an abundance of it then there are a number of things you can do. Firstly, slice it up into chunks and freeze separately. This way you can take bits out of the freezer as you need it. Secondly, make this quiche! It is jam-packed with flavour and this winning combination of cheese, onion and ham will please even the fussiest of eaters. If you are not keen on Gruyere cheese, or even Parmesan, then you can swap either, or both of these out with Tasty cheese (or a dairy free alternative).
