If you want to bulk out the salad to make it more of a main meal, I would add some cooked and sautéed pearl barley or even just add in some cooked penne pasta for a refreshing change.

We’ve used our prime minced beef, flavoured with Natural Fare’s herbs, and added pantry staples to make up these beauties. We think that they are great done on the BBQ but if you don’t have one, or if the weather isn’t conducive then fry them in a heavy-bottomed frying pan instead and just pretend it’s sunny outside!
