Cooking Instructions

To bring out the full potential of this cut, it's best prepared with simplicity. Season generously with your preferred rub or marinade, then grill to your desired doneness. The Angus Beef Rump Cap is a true masterpiece when seared to medium-rare perfection, allowing its natural flavours to shine.

We opt for charcoal BBQing ours, but if you don’t have a BBQ, searing the meat slowly in a pan or on a griddle plate then finishing in the oven is a good alternative.
