Our Angus Beef Fat, is sourced from our Angus Steers and is perfect for elevating your BBQ game.

This high-quality fat is ideal for rendering down into tallow, adding rich flavour and juiciness to your grilled meats and dishes. It's also excellent for basting meats on the grill to enhance flavour and moisture. 

Cooking Instructions

To render Beef Fat, cut it into small pieces and cook slowly over low heat until it melts down into liquid tallow. Strain and store the tallow for later use in cooking.

Use the rendered fat to baste meats on the grill or add to your favourite recipes for an extra layer of flavour.
