Freedom Farms champagne hams are partially deboned, making them a great choice for fuss-free celebrations… easy to carve, delicious crowd pleasers. Made from independently audited NZ Freedom Farmed pork… raised without crates or cages!

Freedom Farms champagne hams are premium grade-A leg hams. They are carefully tunnel boned (the hock remains) and then gently massaged back into shape, cured and traditionally wood smoked. The Half Champagne Hams come in either the hock (pointy) end or the butt (boneless) end.

How much do you need? We suggest around 180g of ham per person… depending on how many other proteins you have on the table. And don’t forget to allow for some of those much-loved leftovers too!
