1. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is Green Meadows Beef Limited. See in-store for competition start and end dates, the competition period is set determined by the individual participating store.
3. To enter the competition, purchase any specifically marked Green Meadows product in the participating store during the Competition Period, retain your receipt as proof of purchase, and submit your details on line at winbeef.co.nz.
4. There is one prize to be one at each participating store. Prize will be drawn on the date specified by the participating store. The winner will be contacted by Green Meadows Beef via phone or e-mail.
5. Prize is a Green Meadows Beef pack including an apron, cooler bag, trucker cap and 4x Green Meadows Beef Angus Beef products.
7. The prize is not transferable, refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
8. All personal information supplied by entrants will be collected and stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You have the right to access your personal information and request the correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993.
9. By entering this competition, entrants are agreeing to receive promotional and marketing material from the Promoter. You can opt out at any time.
10. Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material
11. The prizes will be drawn by random selection
12. All Green Meadows Beef employees, and the employees of participating sponsors, promotors and/or advertising agencies and their immediate family are not permitted to enter
13. Green Meadows Beef reserves the right to exclude any person from participating on reasonable grounds.
14. Green Meadows Beef reserves the right to refuse to awards the prize to an entrant who it decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the terms and conditions, gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means
15. Where attempts to contact the Winner fail (eg when the Winner cannot be contacted by phone or email after three attempts) another Winner will be selected.
16. The Winner takes the Prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Green Meadows Beef in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize. The Winner accepts the Prize subject to those terms and conditions and restrictions.
17. Green Meadows Beef reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason.
18. Green Meadows Beef takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Competition due to equipment or technical malfunction, inadvertent disconnection, Force Majeure or otherwise.
19. To the fullest extent permitted by law Green Meadows Beef will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of Competition entry or winning the prize.
20. If the Winner does not accept these Terms and Conditions the prize will be forfeited.
21. The Promoter has the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
