OG is Rum and Que's award-winning original barbecue sauce, and it's good enough for competition. It's smooth and well balanced, with brown sugar and molasses for sweetness, apple cider vinegar for tang, and a mix of herbs and spices that works with almost any meat.

Brush it on while grilling or smoking, or use it to finish your dish just before serving. It's also great as a dipping sauce straight from the bottle. It's gluten free and blended in New Zealand.

Best on: ribs, pulled pork, chicken, brisket and burgers

How to use: Baste it on in the last stages of cooking, finish with it once the meat is done, or serve it on the side.
