Product Description

Pair them with mash for a hearty winter meal, or slice up and add to your pasta dish. Alternatively, if the suns out - pop them on the BBQ and enjoy with a salad or seasonal vege or even pop it in a slice of bread and enjoy on it's own (can't get more kiwi summer than that!)  

Cooking Instructions

The best way to cook the sausages is on a lower heat. We recommend turning the pan down and the rolling the sausages often. This allows them to cook evenly right the way through. Use a knife to cut through the sausage to ensure they are cooked. Tip: whilst this may be controversial to what you've been told.... we recommend to not prick the outside of the sausages with the knife or fork. This will mean that all of the juices remain in the pan and your sausages don’t shrivel up!
