Serves 4 as a main meal or 7-8 as a side dish.

Cooking Instructions

The best way to cook stirfry is by seasoning the beef and then searing it quickly in a hot pan. Once seared, remove it from the pan and set aside to let it rest. If you find that the meat is leaking too much juice when cooking (sort of stewing), you need to get your pan hotter before adding the beef.

Whether you’re choosing an Asian, Indian or alternative flavour, stirfry beef is extremely versatile. Brown your favourite vegetables, add a sauce and then combine the seared beef back in to finish. Serve with rice, noodles or just on its own. Stirring through noodles prior to serving makes the dish a good ‘side’ option for a BBQ or family meal.

Had this for dinner last night marinated then stir fried it was yummy, soft to eat even my grandson enjoyed his dinner.
