Sirloin, or porterhouse, comes from the back of the animal.  This cut is full of flavour and is easy to cook with the fat located on the outside of the steak (rather than the inside like the Scotch Fillet). 

2 x 250g (approximately) steaks per pack. Serves 2.

Cooking Instructions

If you find the edges of your Sirloin Steak curling up when you cook it, put a small knife cut through the fat before cooking.  You should find that the steak sits flat in the pan.

Cook in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes each side for medium rare. Let the steak rest for another 3-5 minutes. Season liberally with salt and pepper before serving.
