Eye Fillet steak is widely considered the best steak on a beef animal. Featured on restaurant menus around the world, enjoy this dense and lean steak. Located on the back half of the animal, the Tenderloin is connected to the Striploin (where sirloin steak comes from). Left together, and cut with the bone in, is a t-bone steak.

Cooking Instructions

Best cooked in a hot pan or on a BBQ until medium rare. Season liberally with salt and pepper before serving. If you prefer, add a meat rub for extra flavour prior to cooking. I'm not a good cook of steak, but I put these on the grill (similar to a George Foreman grill) and these beauties cook beautifully. They're still tender and juicy. Whenever I get a box, I always add more.
