This very special happy eating ham from Freedom Farms… big traditional festive flavour!

Freedom Farms ham on the bone is sure to be a showstopper on your Christmas table. A premium eating experience for friends and Whānau.

Made from carefully selected pork legs sourced from Freedom Farms independently audited farms in South Canterbury, raised without crates or cages.

The legs are carefully trimmed, cured and smoked before being packaged and sent out to be the rockstar on your table! They are fully cooked and ready to eat but please go to the trouble of glazing it, it makes it extra special.

How much do you need? We suggest around 220g of bone-in ham per person, depending on how many other proteins you have on the table. Don’t forget to allow for those much-loved leftovers too!

This rating won't even begin to cover how great this was!

In previous years I have missed out on getting one of these hams so I made sure to put my order in early. This was the best ham I have ever had! I got sent the lower part of the ham without the bone at the top. I paired this up with the glaze from Recipe Tin Eats (my favourite) and it worked particularly well on this part of the ham. It was full of flavour, it cut beautifully, and was the perfect size for my family - I don't have any pics because it got absolutely gobbled - and you could absolutely tell that this was a quality, top-knotch free range ham. And for me, the fact that it was free range and New Zealand meat was crucial. Green Meadows Beef - thank you x

If there was a list you could sign up to so as to secure one of these every year - I would love to be on it!
