This slow cook cut is diced and ready for your next hearty meal. Fire up the dutch oven, your slow cooker, or add to the pressure cooker and cook low and slow to truly embrace the beef's full flavour. 

 A great option for steak and onion pies, tacos, curries or stews.

Cooking Instructions

To truly embrace its flavour, and get the most out of this meat, we recommend popping in a slow cook for your next curry or stew. Whilst this cut can certainly be pan-fried (especially when you're short on time), when cooked low and slow, you'll retain the juicy and tenderness of the cut in your finished dish. Pop it on in the morning and it'll be done by the time you're home! We love it most in stews and casseroles - brown the Diced Beef in a hot pan before adding to your dish.
Slow-cook in a broth or sauce for 2-3 hours until tender. For quicker meals, sauté in a hot pan with vegetables and your choice of seasonings.
