Don’t mess around, this is the cut you need when you want to impress a crowd! Our Whole Beef Eye Fillets are trimmed from the side muscle and ready to cook whole or sliced into steaks. The Eye Fillet, or Tenderloin, is incredibly tender: Lean on the outside and you’re able to eat every last piece.

Serves 4-5 people, or 7-8 thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions

Pop on BBQ and cook until it has reached the desired ‘doneness’. We recommend using a meat thermometer to take the guess work out of cooking and to ensure all guests are happy.

If you are cutting the Whole Fillet into steaks, you can either wrap the smaller tail piece together (for another steak), or slice thinly and turn into beef stirfry. Serves 7 in steaks or 10 when sliced thinly.
