This flat iron steak is delicious simply rubbed with olive oil and seasoned with Mrs Roger Classic Kiwi BBQ Rub. Made with chilli, herbs and NZ Native Horopito it has a lovely fragrant, yet zingy flavour to it which pairs perfectly with the Parmesan Zucchini. We served ours with a green salad and some boiled baby potatoes with a little butter. This dish makes for a perfect summer evening meal, shared with friends
