Beef Brisket with BBQ Sauce, Slaw and Buns

Don’t be overwhelmed by the long list of ingredients in this recipe as it is in fact straight-forward and uses pantry staples. The BBQ sauce can be made the day before you cook your brisket and makes double what you need for this recipe. We think that is a good thing as you can freeze the other cup for the next time you make this recipe as we have a hunch you’ll want to make it again! Otherwise half the ingredients for the BBQ sauce (using 1 small onion) and proceed as described.
