A whole Angus Sirloin (or Striploin) is great when you need to feed a crowd. With the fat located on the top, this cut is easy to cook and tastes delicious.

This will yield 18-20 thick steaks, or serve 20-25 people on its own (with sides and salads).

Cooking Instructions

Try massaging in your favourite rub or simply with salt and pepper or your favourite mustard.

If you’d prefer to slice into steaks at your desired thickness, we recommend ageing the whole cut in the fridge for a week or so before individually freezing. That way, you can be sure that the steak you pull out for friends and family is optimal.
